End of Summer Patio Soirée

Buddha Som, the only trained cannabis sommelier on the east coast, brings expert knowledge to selecting the perfect cannabis flower for dinner pairings.
Each course will be paired with unique strain to smoke and enjoy with the menu.

FIRST
Red Snapper Crudo watermelon, habanero, black lava sea salt
SECOND
Summer Vegetable Lasagna summer squash, sicilian eggplant, smoked mozzarella, roasted red pepper sugo
THIRD
CannaButter Poached Lobster Tail saffron risotto cake, arugula, meyer lemon vin
FOURTH
Lamb Chops dijon mustard carrots, zesty greens, blueberry glaze
FIFTH
Peach Cobbler rum soaked peaches, buttermilk biscuit, vanilla bean ice cream
